From that conviction, I, Tuğba, am taking part in the FEM-START Next Level programme, a track for female entrepreneurs who want to not only grow their business but, above all, strengthen it.
Not driven by the ambition to scale quickly or attract outside capital. But from the belief that sustainable growth begins with a solid foundation: a clear proposition, deep insight into client challenges, and an approach that is both consistent and scalable.
What is FEM-START Next Level?
FEM-START is a programme for ambitious female entrepreneurs who want to further professionalise and position their business.

The Next Level track focuses on entrepreneurs who have already laid a clear foundation and are ready for the next step. Central themes include:
- stages of business growth
- validation of customer problems
- value proposition and positioning
- traction and business model
- scalability and financing
The core question is always the same: where is the real value of your service, and how do you make it visible, repeatable, and sustainable?
Why this aligns with my vision on HR and organisational development
In my work as an HR and organisational advisor, I see every day that organisations don't get stuck because they lack solutions, but because they lack sharpness.
Not enough clarity about:
- roles and responsibilities
- priorities
- team dynamics
- and the underlying challenges
The reflex is often to act fast. But lasting improvement begins with truly understanding what is going on.
That requires:
